MyStylishPhotos offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. The copyright of the images, texts and other content used in our website, belong to our company. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for access to or material on any website which is linked from or to the Web Site. By using this website or communicating with me by electronic means, the user consents and acknowledges that any and all agreements, notices, disclosures, or any other communication satisfies any legal requirement, including but not limited to the requirement that such communications should be in writing. Your use of the Web Site does not grant to you ownership of any content, code, data or materials you may access on or through the Web Site. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. The risk of loss or damage to the Goods shall pass to the Client upon delivery of the Goods. We may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time, at any time without notice to you, by posting such changes on the Web Site.

Payment
This agreement constitutes an order for photographic services, including the taking of wedding pictures as agreed to by both parties: The Photographer and Contracting Party (Client). Unless otherwise specified, it is understood that any and all rights to proofs, final or sample prints, thereof shall remain the property of the Photographer and may be used from Wedding Day for advertising, display, website and internet promotion, photographic contests, bridal shows, public display as in malls, photography books, photography instructional books, store fronts, window displays, studio display, television advertising, magazine advertising and any other purposes thought proper by the Photographer.
The noted party agrees that full payment of the Package Price must be paid in three instalments. The first being a non-refundable security deposit of R300.00 is due at the time of signing the photographic contract. Second payment equal to 50% is due four weeks prior to the noted event date on your contract. Final payment of remaining balance is due on the day of the event. All additional orders for albums, prints, DVDs, etc. and any overtime must be paid in full when placing the order. In the event the Client must cancel the contracted services for wedding photography on this Contract, the Photographer agrees to refund all money paid, excluding the security deposit of R300.00. Upon payment in full of all amounts due to The Photographer, possession of the digital images will be given to you. The risk of loss or damage to the Goods shall pass to the Client upon delivery of the Goods.
